About the Board

The International Dietetics and Nutritional Association (INDA) is a global professional body focused on advancing evidence-based nutrition, dietary science, and nutricosmetics. In collaboration with IAMAC, INDA highlights the critical connection between internal wellness, metabolic health, and aesthetic outcomes—promoting holistic, bio-integrative treatment strategies for modern practitioners.

Aim & Objectives

  • Advance Nutricosmetics: Establish clinical standards for oral supplementation, anti-aging nutrition, and skin-gut axis therapies.

  • Promote Evidence-Based Nutrition: Bridge clinical dietetics with aesthetic medicine to support tissue healing, collagen synthesis, and post-procedural recovery.

  • Global Educational Standard: Deliver specialized certifications, nutritional masterclasses, and integrative health frameworks for healthcare and wellness professionals.

  • Encourage Metabolic Research: Drive research into dietary interventions for inflammatory skin conditions, weight management, and cellular longevity.

Clinical Nutrition & Metabolic Research

INDA invites dietitians, clinical nutritionists, medical practitioners, and wellness researchers to submit original research, systemic reviews, and clinical case studies.

  • Focus Areas: Nutricosmetics, skin-gut axis interventions, dietary support for post-surgical healing, metabolic management of acne/PCOS, and anti-inflammatory diets.

  • Submission Guidelines: Papers must follow standard peer-review formats (Abstract, Methodology, Results, Discussion) with documented dietary interventions and measurable health/skin outcomes.
