Due to the high-stakes, specialized nature of our training, which includes advanced injectable and cadaveric study protocols, we require specific professional documentation to ensure eligibility and compliance.

Category of Data - Specific Data Collected and its Purpose

1) Professional Licensing – Official Medical Council Registration, Degree Certificates (MBBS, BDS, etc.), and Curriculum Vitae (CV). These are mandatory for verifying licensure and prerequisite academic qualifications for advanced training programs. 2)
Contact Data including  Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Mailing Address.  This information is used for Communication regarding enrollment status, scheduling the Personalized Virtual Consultation,  and delivery of course materials/certification. 3) 
 Financial Data – Payment information processed via secure third parties (e.g., banks, EMI providers). This information is used for processing tuition fees and initiating installment plans. 4) Usage Data – IP Address, browser type, date/time stamps, and pages visited.  Analyzing website performance and improving the user experience. 

Use of Information

The IAMAC Institute uses the collected data exclusively for the following:
 * Verification: To confirm that the applicant meets the mandatory professional and licensing prerequisites for specialized IAMAC fellowship programs.
 * Assessment: To facilitate the required Personalized Virtual Consultation with faculty to ensure program alignment. 
 * Compliance: To maintain internal records required for regulatory compliance as an educational institution offering advanced medical training.
 * Communication: To provide service announcements and essential information related to the enrolled course.
* For advertisement and promotion : In case of any public posting in any application of web eg but not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube Twitter, LinkedIn, or any other

IAMAC Terms of Service

I. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the IAMAC Institute website or submitting an application for any fellowship program (FIA, FACT, FSF), you agree to these legally binding Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not enroll or use our educational services.
II. Enrollment, Eligibility, and Vetting
 * Mandatory Prerequisites: Enrollment is strictly restricted to licensed medical and dental professionals (MD, MBBS, BDS, DDS, or equivalent) who must submit valid Degree Certificates and Medical Council Registration for verification during the 3-step application process. 
 * Right of Refusal: IAMAC reserves the right to reject or terminate the enrollment of any applicant at any stage, including after the mandatory Personalized Virtual Consultation,  if they fail to meet academic, ethical, or professional licensing standards, or if program alignment is deemed unsuitable.
 * Certification: Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all didactic and practical components of the selected fellowship program.
III. Intellectual Property (IP) and Curriculum Use
 * Proprietary Content: The IAMAC conceptual curriculum, including protocols in Integrated Aesthetics, cadaveric study methodologies, and all related training materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of the IAMAC Institute and Dr. Swati Divyal Pai. 
 * Global Recognition: This IP includes the proprietary methodology whose conceptual framework was accepted and acknowledged at the WHO-Level and used in the implementation of health policy for G20 countries.
 * Usage License: Enrolled students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal study and the enhancement of their professional clinical practice.
 * Prohibition: Reproduction, sharing, distribution, or commercial sale of IAMAC curriculum materials is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of these terms.
IV. Financial Terms and Refund Policy
 * Tuition: All program fees are payable in the currency specified at enrollment, either in full or via the accepted EMI installment plan. [1]
 * Refunds: There is a no refunds policy applicable for any amount of fees transferred . no reunds whatsoever will be made once fees are paid irrespective of circumstances. Please ensure all queries are settled before paying fees.
V. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
IAMAC provides advanced training and education. Training with us is not a license to practice aesthetics or cosmetology whatsoever. We only provide advanced specialized training for already licensed medical professionals. We are not liable for any clinical decisions, malpractice, or outcomes resulting from procedures performed by our graduates in their private practice. The student bears full and sole responsibility for ensuring their clinical practice complies with all local and national regulatory and licensing laws. By enrolling to our course you also agree to have no jurisdictional cliams over the institution operational practices . 
VI. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of INDIA . Under jurisdiction of GOA only.
