The Global Standard in Injectable Excellence: Scientific Rigor & Artistry
Fellowship in Advanced Facial Aesthetics (FAFA): Mastery in Neurotoxins & Dermal Fillers
Foundational Principles: Anatomical Precision and Safety
The FAFA program is the definitive pathway to becoming an elite aesthetic injector. Our curriculum is built on an exhaustive review of facial neuroanatomy and vascular supply, ensuring clinical decisions are driven by scientific data. We move beyond basic administration to cultivate true mastery in facial harmonization, focusing on dynamic and static volume restoration, and achieving superior patient outcomes using Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers.
Core Modules: Advanced Anatomical Injection Protocols
Module 1: Elite Neurotoxin Protocol (Upper, Mid, and Lower Face)
Upper Face: Dynamics of Forehead, Glabella, and Periorbital Correction
Master the dose-dependent modulation of the frontalis, corrugator supercilii, procerus, and orbicularis oculi muscles. Focus on achieving the “chemical brow lift,” minimizing the risk of ptosis via precise injection depth into the relevant muscle belly, and addressing advanced areas like ‘bunny lines’ and orbital rhytids.
Mid and Lower Face: Advanced Therapeutic and Contouring Applications
Extend proficiency to masseter hypertrophy reduction, platysmal banding treatment, and addressing the “sad mouth” via the depressor anguli oris (DAO). Clinical emphasis is placed on dilution ratios, reconstitution consistency, and complication avoidance, particularly in high-mobility zones.
Module 2: Dermal Filler Techniques & Volumetric Sculpting
Upper and Mid-Face Structural Rejuvenation and Support
Intensive training in multi-plane volumization of the mid-face. Learn to distinguish between deep supraperiosteal placement for skeletal support (e.g., zygomatic arch/malar fat pads) and superficial dermal placement for soft tissue refinement. Mastery of advanced cannula techniques is mandatory for safer augmentation in the infraorbital and tear trough areas, mitigating risk to the angular and infraorbital arteries.
Lower Face and Perioral Contouring
Strategic use of high-G-prime fillers for jawline definition and chin augmentation. Address pre-jowl sulcus and marionette lines using vector-based injection patterns. Techniques cover managing the vascular risk in the perioral zone, including recognition of the path of the facial artery and its labial branches.
