No. The curriculum is comprehensive, starting from foundational principles. We move from theory to simulators/models, and finally to intensive, supervised live patient practice. You will be taught everything from zero.
How does the hybrid model (Online + Hands-on) work?
The 5 Months Online phase involves live, interactive lectures (recorded for flexibility) and weekly assignments, allowing you to study while continuing your practice. The 3- 15 Days Hands-on Immersion is a mandatory, full-time clinical posting where you practice procedures on live patients under direct faculty supervision at our facility. In case student has opted for the In your city session then the venue , date and duration will be informed one month prior to the hands on session.
What is the patient-to-doctor ratio during the hands-on phase?
We strictly maintain a low hands-on ratio (typically 3:1 to 4:1) to ensure every trainee receives sufficient one-on-one mentorship and performs a high volume of procedures across all modules (Botox, Fillers, Threads, Lasers, Minor Surgeries).
Logistics & Post-Course Support
Are the instruments and consumables provided during the hands-on training?
Yes. All necessary consumables, injectables, sutures, disposables, and access to advanced energy-based devices (Lasers, RF machines) are included in the Fellowship fee for the duration of the hands-on module
What kind of support does IAMAC offer after I complete the course and open my clinic?
Is the certification internationally recognized?
Our certification signifies a high level of competency as assessed by internationally recognized surgeons and dermatologists on our faculty. While the certificate is issued by IAMAC and recognized by affiliated national bodies, recognition in any foreign country depends entirely on that country’s medical board regulations.
